Storage & Shelf Life: Keep your caviar refrigerated at 32–38°F, ideally toward the back of your fridge where it’s coldest. Unopened glass jars last up to 60 days and tins up to 30 days—check the best-by date on the bottom. For peak freshness, we recommend enjoying your caviar within 3 weeks of delivery.

After Opening: Once opened, consume your caviar within 24 hours for the best taste and quality.
